Dummy Data Removal
After collection, information that does not fit the analysis purpose is identified and removed. Irrelevant data is filtered out precisely through preconfigured excluded keywords and channel or media filtering based on specific URLs.
In addition to automatic system deduplication, users can also review and remove data directly, which improves the purity of the analysis dataset.
Positive/Negative Classification (Sentiment Analysis)
AI analyzes the context of collected data and classifies favorability precisely into three levels: positive, neutral, and negative.
Based on AI-generated sentiment scores, automatic classification is performed according to user-defined thresholds, while reviewers can inspect and correct data when necessary to maximize confidence in the analysis result.
Mention Importance Classification
The system evaluates the share and importance of the target keyword within collected news and social data. Mention counts and exposure locations in titles and article bodies are analyzed together to classify importance levels automatically.
Based on the system’s automatic analysis, reviewers can inspect and modify importance levels directly, enabling more accurate selection of business-critical issues.
Topic Classification
Among collected news and posts, AI groups similar content automatically into a single topic through trained algorithms. This makes it easier to manage large volumes of overlapping issues and understand the core flow of public opinion at a glance.
Based on the AI classification result, reviewers can manually merge or separate topics, allowing more precise data grouping tailored to the analysis objective.
